Educator, psychodramatist, coach. Engaged in higher education for more than 10 years, primarily focusing on individual and team coaching and managing children's groups. Co-founder of Kanoa Traning and 1life Coaching Center. Her leadership and development abilities are employed at the Assistance Division.

Artner Gábor Senior Trainer

Possessing education in economics, technical and human sciences as well as 13 years's professional experience, he is involved in efficiency improvement initiatives at our clients. He considers the development and optimization of work processes, human resources and current technologies as the priority in his assignments. Quality, efficiency, lower stress levels, practicality.

Poós Péter Senior Consultant

Degree in Economics, entrepreneur, recognized athlete. Deals with investments, corporate development, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as engaged in consultancy services for domestic and multinational firms. A certified financial broker-dealer, and a master trainer of martial arts. His experience in sports often serves as valuable skills in business environments as well.

Economist, MBA, obtained his degree in the Netherlands (University of Groningen).
NLP trainer and coach with international certification. Possesses diverse sales and leadership experience, obtained in Hungary and the Netherlands. His clients included TEVA, SaraLee, Unilever and Cargill, among others. His field of expertise focuses on sales, leadership and coaching.

Solymosi Krisztina Training Division Leader

Degree in Economics and Psychology. Her main profile is leadership development at both individual and team levels. She is engaged in organizational and leadership development since 1993, including consultancy and design of various training programs. Delivered hundreds of unique training programs, workshops and presentations for organizations of various fields.

Trainers & Consultants

All non-executive members of the Kanoa team are also senior trainers and consultants with substantial relevant experience. All of them possess appropriate degrees in economics and/or psychology and at least 3 years' business experience and at least 5 years' experience as a trainer.
